Fulfillment Policy

The Texas Association for School Bus Technicians (TASBT) is an organization committed to the training and development of School Bus Technicians in Texas.  We offer a variety of educational opportunities to help the Technician better diagnose and repair school buses in their charge.

Currency

The training we offer is fee based depending on classes being full day or half day and be paid for with one of the following payment methods

  1. Credit Card – Credit card payments are subject to the fees assessed by TASBT on a per class basis.  All major credit cards are accepted and charged through a third party vendor.  Fees assessed by the third party vendor will be added to the fees assessed by TASBT.
  2. Check – Personal and business checks will be accepted.  There will be a $25 fee on all returned checks
  3. Purchase Order – Purchase Orders will be accepted to reserve your spot in the selected class, payment must be received prior or the day of your selected class.  Additional fees may apply for late payment.
  4. Cash – Cash payments will be accepted at the day of your selected class and a receipt issued on request.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued as credit for the next session of training classes in your area or the next conference, whichever comes first.  Course credits will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.  Special circumstances will be considered by the Executive Committee on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery

Training classes will be posted on the TASBT website at www.tasbt.org and will be scheduled by date and time through the Executive Committee.  We will bring training classes to your location under the following conditions:

  1. There must be a minimum of 15 participants enrolled for any one class
  2. The district is responsible for providing suitable accommodation for classes to be held
  3. The district is responsible for making sure there are restroom facilities available to all participants

Returns

There are no returns except under the conditions listed above under Refunds

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in a timely manner and course credit or refund issued at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

TASBT will do everything in its power to protect the privacy of your information and credit cards.  We will not sell or share your information with third-party vendors.  All credit card transactions are subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the issuing entity.  We use STRIPE and SQUARE to process credit card payments, if there is an error in your charge please contact either entity’s customer service department.
