Friday Evening October 21st there will be a meet & greet mixer at the Embassy Suites in San Marcos.
Shuttles will be provided on Saturday from Hays CISD to the Embassy Suites for attendance to the Trade Show and Lunch, $20.00, and back to Hays CISD.
Bus will arrive at 11am, start to load at 11:15am, leave by 11:30amTechnicians will attend the lunch and trade show. We will have designated tables.Door prizes start at 1pm, technicians load buses at 1:15pm, head back 1:30pm
Skeet shooting, they will have to provide their own transportation there and back. Skeet Shoot Registration
